I’m glad it worked out! I have several bread recipes that I want to publish online, but just haven’t got around to it.

If you want, after the rise, you can put your divided naan bread dough in small Tupperware containers and freeze them for later use.

In summary the dough was soft and hard to work with last night so my Naan looked amateur. But I had left over dough and when I prepared it this morning the dough was perfect easy to handle and shape. No joke the Naan I cooked this morning looked just like the one in the picture and it was the best bread product I managed to cook in my oven to date. Thank you.

So far so good all I got to do now is put it in the oven. I hope to impress a friend of mine from India. I’ve fish masala & rice this should be a good accompaniment.

What a cute video. Kids look like they are having a fabulous time. It looks just beautiful….and cold. I love how the kids say cheese when you point the camera at them. So funny. Madison is getting so tall!! Miss you guys a lot. Wish we were there too. xoxoxo
