another thanksgiving dinner that couldn’t be beat

another thanksgiving dinner that couldn’t be beat

This year’s Thanksgiving was very special.  Shana’s parents (Grandma and Boppie Morris,) and her sister’s family (Heather, Joe, Austin, Morgan, and William,)  all came for Thanksgiving weekend.  We had to put up the pop-up trailer and a 5-man tent in the garage just to fit them all.  We aim for comfort!

We cooked up a 21lb turkey and a 12lb roast as well as many other things.  I tried to make spicy mash potatoes and they were horrible. BUT… the rest of the food was outstanding.  We had Clint, Stacey, and Luke over, as well as Chris Brennan.  It was a huge feast and we still have left overs.

We even got a holiday video chat going with Aunty Lee Ann.  Ah, gotta love the Apple computer.
