we are in Portland now

So, we had a nice quick stop in Fres-berg and got to take a tour of “Christmas Tree Lane” and had a wonderful time.  Up here in Portland now, it is getting colder and colder.  It is supposed to be a low of 11 degrees on  Monday.  Yesterday, the kids got to meet Santa at Macey’s and for the first time, our son Max was nervous around someone.  Santa started to scare the crap out of him so we did our best to distract him with toys for a quick photo.  We also went to the Childrens Museum and the Deschutes Brewery for lunch…. good times!
